I first encountered Yoga in 2005 in London. Life works in a mysterious way, 10 years later, as I was searching and exploring in China, yoga somehow found me again, and this time it stuck with me. It was more than just a physical exercises, I learned about the philosophy behind it, human anatomy, breathing techniques, meditation, patience, etc. It has taught me so much about myself and life itself.
